He also certified secretly imprisoning a lady during Greensborough in 1973, indecently assaulting dual women during Wheelers Hill in 1976 and 1977, and assaulting dual women during Donvale in 1972 and Wheelers Hill in 1977.

Edmunds was condemned to life in prison, “never to be released”, in 1986 for a murder of teenagers Abina Madill and Garry Heywood nearby Shepparton dual decades earlier.
